A message from our CEO, Jay Gostonczik

in Newsletter

Looking back at the past several months with all that has transpired, it’s hard to believe that it’s July and summer is in full swing – albeit a different summer than we were all expecting. Though there has been changes around us impacting the nation and the globe, SouthPoint remains steadfast when it comes to providing you, our member owners, with value and investments to help guide us to the future.

We are committed to providing you value through an exceptional experience. This is why work to offer our members the latest in technological advancements that makes banking easy and saves you time and money. With that in mind, we’ve partnered with Zelle, which is a convenient way to send money using your mobile banking app or online banking account. Because it is included within all of SouthPoint’s account platforms, Zelle allows users to send money directly to a recipient’s account in a matter of minutes, with just an email or phone number. It’s a great way to pay rent, a babysitter, or chip-in on a group dinner. This summer as you’re with family, instead of running to the ATM or writing someone a check, try Zelle and see how fast and simple it is. I’d love to know what you think after you use it!

We know that life gets a little more busy (if that’s possible) Memorial Day through Labor Day, so I hope that you’re finding our remote services and technology enhancements are saving you time, allowing you to spend more of it with your loved ones this summer. It’s because of your loyalty and support that gives us the ability to meet your changing needs. We look forward to finding new and exciting ways to be your financial service provider all year round. Enjoy your summer, stay healthy and thank you for your partnership and allowing us to help you achieve your financial goals!
