SouthPoint recognized for Outstanding Marketing

(Sleepy Eye, MN – December 21, 2023) – SouthPoint Financial Credit Union was a recipient of one Minnesota Credit Union Network Marketing Award. Winners were honored at an in-person ceremony held at Holman’s Table in a historic airport terminal in Saint Paul, MN. The award program recognizes outstanding efforts in the areas of design, digital advertising, engagement and outreach, video, and complete campaigns.

“Minnesota credit unions are strengthening the credit union movement by sharing the credit union advantage to more consumers in innovative and engaging ways,” said Mara Humphrey, MnCUN President and CEO. “Congratulations to the winners and thank you to all of the credit unions who submitted projects for this competitive award program.”

SouthPoint Financial Credit Union was a marketing award recipient in the $500 million to $1 billion asset category for complete campaign for their “Make Waves With Your Money” Summer Checking Campaign. Judging is based on creativity, quality, design and production, copy and communication, and strategy and results.

“We are honored to receive this award from MNCUN,” SouthPoint Marketing and Communications Manager Kim Peterson said. “Our Marketing Department works diligently to provide meaningful content to our members and non-members about what is going on at our credit union, and this recognition is very appreciated.”
