Can I speak to a credit union representative instead of using the automated phone system?

Member Solutions┬áRepresentatives are available Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm CST by phone to personally answer your financial questions or help you with transactions.

You can also apply for loans by phone with a Member Solutions Representative. Just call 877-794-6712 and press 3 to be directed to a representative.
