To enter, follow instructions as stated within, respond by the deadline date stated. You will be automatically entered once you complete the following: Open a New Membership Savings Account if not already a member of SouthPoint Financial Credit Union, open a new Premium Checking Account at SouthPoint with debit card, enroll in Online Banking or Mobile Banking, enroll in eStatements.
Sweepstakes begins on March 4, 2024, and goes on through May 4, 2024. Closing date of this Sweepstakes is May 4, 2024; all entries must be received by SouthPoint Financial Credit Union by 12:00 PM CST on the closing date of the contest. Each entry has an equal chance to win. You may enter by mail, by hand-printing your full name, address (including city, state and zip code) e-mail address (if you have one), phone number on a 3×5 card and mail to, SouthPoint Financial Credit Union, Attn: Financial Voyage, 924 East Main Street, Sleepy Eye, MN 56085. Limit one 3×5 card entry per person per day. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified. SouthPoint Financial Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, non-delivered or misdirected mail.
A total of one (1) prizes will be awarded. Numerical odds of winning are dependent upon number of entries. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States, its territories and possessions.
MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE CREDIT UNION DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD (March 4, 2024 – May 4, 2024) TO BE ELIGIBLE. Employees and Volunteers of SouthPoint Financial Credit Union, or members of their immediate families are not eligible. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be notified by phone or mail within 30 days of the drawing and may be required to execute a Statement of Eligibility and Release within 30 days of prize notification attempt or prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. The laws of the USA govern sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. SouthPoint Financial Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if the contest rules have been violated in any way.
By entering, all participants agree that SouthPoint Financial Credit Union may use their voice, name, photograph, caricature, and likeness for promotional purposes. All qualifiers agree to provide SouthPoint Financial Credit Union their name, address, phone number, and social security number. This will ONLY be used for processing necessary information as it pertains to prizes. Prizewinner agrees to waive any claim of royalty, right of further remuneration for any such promotional use.
